1. What is Enduracare?
Enduracare is your destination for high-quality, natural self-care products designed to enhance your well-being. From skincare essentials to grooming and wellness products, our carefully curated selection helps you look and feel your best every day.
2. Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals and ensure that our suppliers adhere to ethical practices.
3. What types of products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of self-care products, including:
- Skincare: Moisturizers, serums, facial masks, etc.
- Haircare: Shampoos, conditioners, oils, etc.
- Grooming: Beard oils, balms, and more.
- Wellness: Body care, health supplements, and more.
4. How do I apply a discount code?
To apply a discount code, simply enter the code at checkout before completing your purchase. The discount will be applied to your order total.
5. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once your order is placed, it is processed quickly, and we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please double-check your order before submitting to avoid errors.

- Express Shipping (1 to 2 business days): $25.00
- Free Shipping on Orders Over $120

- Standard Shipping (4 to 8 business days): $30.00
- Express Shipping (2 to 3 business days): $40.00
- Free Shipping on Orders Over $250 (excluding customs/duty charges)

- We offer shipping to select international countries, and rates are calculated based on weight and location.
6a. How is shipping cost calculated based on weight?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the destination. For example, lightweight products like a bottle of shampoo will cost less to ship compared to heavier items like larger skincare kits. For orders with multiple items or heavier products (2kg and up), shipping rates may be higher, especially for international destinations.

For Domestic Orders (Canada):

8. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and a select number of international destinations. If your country is not available, please check back as we expand our shipping options.
9. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $120 and U.S. orders over $250. Express shipping fees apply if you need faster delivery.
10. Are duties and taxes included in my order?
No, duties and taxes are not included in the price of your order. Any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be assessed at the time of delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
11. Can I return my items?
We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. If you received an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
12. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations that can be used for any product on our website.
13. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
14. Why do I see different prices in different currencies?
Prices on our website are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Depending on your location, your final price will be adjusted based on the market currency for your region, and this may be reflected in your checkout total.
